lady artemis! ever virgin! ever autonomous!
you dance
across the sky like
you chase the deer with your maidens & your hounds
goddess of tomboys! goddess of she-wisdom & moon magic! goddess of the hunt &
goddess of healing!
i call to you
oh mother
moon! oh mountain mother!
oh queen of the
oh so starry
night!
i long to immerse myself in
your lustrous lunar light
& strip away everything revealing
